OFGEM have announced their quarterly expenditure forecast for non-domestic RHI.
The latest RHI tariff announcement doesn’t make good reading for small (up to 200kW) commercial biomass boilers.
A reduction of 25% will be applied which will be effective as of 1 July 2015.
The biomethane tariff will see a 5% reduction applied.
The small commercial biomass reduction has come as a bit of a shock to the industry as a slowdown of installations after the December 2014 rush indicated there would be a smaller reduction.
